Rated 5 stars in the tourist accommodation category, it has five bedrooms including two suites with bathrooms, two separate bathrooms, 4 toilets, and above all a very large living space of 70 m² with a fireplace, dining room, living room, and a large open and equipped kitchen.
All of this opens onto an 80 m² terrace facing south towards Mont Blanc and equipped with a garden table.
The chalet is carefully decorated and furnished by local artisans and is perfectly equipped to host large families, groups of friends, or colleagues for your seminars.
Around the large wooden table, you will gather to enjoy a raclette or other local specialties while taking in the magnificent view.
You will enjoy, summer and winter, the comfort of a typical wooden chalet, the pleasures of the sauna or hammam after a beautiful day of skiing or hiking.

A beautiful private garden of 2,800 m² surrounds the property for the greatest joy of children.

The Chamois chalet is a 110 square meter all-wood chalet on two levels, recently renovated, that can accommodate up to 12 holidaymakers.
Rated 3 stars in the tourist furnished accommodation category, the chalet comprises 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, a sleeping area in the living room with a convertible sofa bed (160 cm) that can be separated by a large curtain from the rest of the living room, two showers, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 separate toilets.
Two additional sleeping arrangements are available in the mazot, a small typical Savoyard chalet located in the garden and heated in winter.
You will enjoy the large triple living space featuring a TV lounge, a cozy wooden bench by the stove, and a dining area for 10 to 12 people.
The chalet is fully equipped: TV, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine and dryer. Complete baby equipment provided. A garage serves as a ski storage room.
A very large south-facing terrace and a private garden with a garden table, deck chairs, and barbecue are at your disposal.
A very recent renovation of the ground floor has been carried out to offer you more comfort. The fully renovated kitchen provides all the amenities: refrigerator and freezer, induction cooktops, dishwasher, and small appliances.
The chalet is located on the edge of the forest just a few meters from hiking trails that will lead you to the Fiz massif and towards Lac Vert, Lake Pormenaz, or Lake Anterne.
The surrounding garden will delight both young and old.
